    Our site is down (shop.potatocornerusa.com) and we need help recovering it.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hey there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means we do not have access to the site. Ideally, you’d need to speak to the hosting provider of that site as to why this site is not functioning.

    It looks like the host of the site could be GoDaddy.
