Our subscription has cancelled, and need back online

    Hi,
    Our webpage is no longer active, I am trying to sort out, however when I look at the webpage, it no longer looks like our page did.
    If I renew, can I get my webpage as it was or does it need to be made again???
    I also cant see any previous billing periods…

    As you can’t see any previous billing periods, it’s obvious that site is or connected to another wordpress.com account, or its isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform at all.

    First things first: what is the URL of the site you are talking about?
