Our user name wont let me log into our account. I have tried our user name and email account

We are trying to access our WP account on a computer instead of my iPhone or iPad but it will not recognize my user name or user email. Anyone have any advice for me. Thank you.

If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery form:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:
* A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
* The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.
