Our Web site naglewarrenmansion.com ,done on wordpress has been infected by some malware. I’m trying to figure out how to get it off/out of the site. There does not seem to be any way of getting support from word press. I am stuck.

The site at https://naglewarrenmansion.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software. That site has no connection at all to WordPress.com, and we’re not able to help you with this.
If you suspect your site might be infected with malware, your best option is to contact your hosting provider so they can help you run a scan. You might also be able to this yourself using one of the many security plugins available on WordPress.org.
