Our website domain has expired

    Hi – I am new to using WordPress and our domain – crossways.org.nz – How do I go about renewing it. Would the reminder have been sent to our email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)? It is kind of urgent that I get it sorted we are hoping to update our info very soon and need to update our calendar.

    Howdy @crossways2015, are you able to log out and log in again as the user that bought the domain?

    You can use the email address that got renewal reminders. I’ll send a quick email there, too, so you can find the right account.
