  Hello was trying to add a domain to our website

  Hi there,

  I only see a self-hosted WordPress site in your account. With self-hosted sites there’s a process you need to follow to correctly update the URL. If you just change the domain in Settings, it breaks the site and locks you out of the dashboard.

  You can find the instructions for correctly updating the URL at the link below, but you might need to contact your hosting provider for help in getting things back to the way they were before you’ll be able to follow the instructions.
