  We have Petershof.ch with your services. Today I found out that our connection is gone, cant’t open page or login. Our webmaster is not available yet, can you help?

  I checked your site and it’s up and running for mer. You are in the wrong forum as your site uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
  Also your site is using an outdated version of wordpress.org. For security reasons you must upgrade to the latest version 5.2
