Our WordPress website seems to have disappeared

Artworks Gallery has a WordPress website that is hosted by Hostgator. This morning the website is inaccessible and we get the message to contact WordPress support. When I go into our WordPress account, all of our website information, pages, posts, media library, etc. has totally disappeared. I would like to know what could cause this and what can I do about it.
