Outdated JQuery in wp-includes

  Hi.

  I am running latest WordPress version but seems like it didn’t update JQuery in wp-inludes/js/jquery. The current version used in my WordPress core is JQuery 1.12.4 while the latest version is 3.3.1.

  Appreciate if you guys can guide me on how to update the whole JQuery and its component(JQuery ui) in my WordPress.
