  Hi – My name is Tim Hall and the ovarianconnection.org WordPress site seems to be down. Can you please investigate?

  Glad it’s working again.

  Just for future reference, we’re not able to help with that site.

  Your site is not hosted with us, but with Google Domains, and you’re using the open source version of WordPress made by the people on WordPress.org.

  For help with the WordPress software you can ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but for an issue like you had yesterday it would be best to contact Google instead, as that usually points to a hosting problem, rather than a software problem :)

  Good to know… thank you.

  I’m just a volunteer on this site and when I found it not working yesterday, I wasn’t sure who to contact. I appreciate your direction if I have an issue in the future.
