    Hi there. I recently transferred my site to another domain and no longer have a wordpress account. However, I noticed on my bank statement on 4/8/19 a charge of 48$ from wordpress. I looked at my account set up here and it doesn’t appear to have a charge there so I am wondering where and why this charge has landed on my bank statement? The merchant description on my statement says ‘computer programming, data processing systems.’ I did not clear or approve any charge to be made so I would like to clear this up please. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I see no recent charges on the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here.

    You used to own a domain with us, but you transferred that domain away from us in February, and the last payment on your account was for $26 in April 2018. You can see a receipt for all past payments in your billing history, here:

    If you see a charge from “WORDPRESS” on your statement, it’s for a different account. If you’re not sure what site/account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
