Overcharged

  Hello, I have being trying to upgrade my plan to the Small Business (24.95/month, billed yearly) and my card was declined. I tried a couple of times and my card was still declined. I checked my bank statements and I was charged a total of 4x. The other 3 were refunded but once I login to my account here on wordpress it does not say my plan is upgraded, still says its the free plan. Please help, Thanks!

  I don’t see any history of charges under the account that you are contacting us from. Is there another account where these transactions took place?

  Just checked my bank account again. I was charged 5x and Was given the charges back 5x again. So sorry for the confusion but I’m not sure why my card keeps being declined.

  Hey!

  No problem! I could look into this for you, but again, I didn’t see any transaction history under your account – or even a record of your credit card being declined. Do you happen to have another account?
