    Hi there,

    For what exactly do you think you’ve been overcharged?

    The only email upgrade you’ve bought from us is for a G Suite from Google subscription which you bought on 17 July at €76.00. That is the correct cost in Euro of that upgrade, so you’ve not been charged any more than you should have been.

    If you had previously bought G Suite from us at €48, that was the old pricing. Google raised the prices for G Suite earlier this year, and all new G Suite purchases and renewals are now at the new price of €76 a year.
