Overcharged While Trying to Renew Domain

Hello,
While attempting to renew my domain earlier this afternoon, I was overcharged 3 times and the valid payment isn’t appearing on my account. I am writing to request that the last 3 transactions be reversed and that the valid charge be applied to my account so that my domain will remain active. It is scheduled to expire today.
