Overføre domene/domenet låst

Hei,
Jeg har forsøkt å overføre domenet pettersb.com til en annen registrar i en periode nå, men når jeg sjekker ut whois.com står det: clientHold, clientTransferProhibited, clientUpdateProhibited.
Lurte på om det var noe på deres ende som må gjøres før domenet kan overføres?

I actually did give the code to my new domain provider, several times even, but if the transfer works this time then I guess it would all be worth it.
If this process is easier than just deleting, and releasing, the domain then sure, go ahead. If the easiest process would be to just delete it, then please do that instead.

If would like to keep ownership of the domain, I recommend we restore it to your account and then transfer it — this is the safer option out of the two. You could wait for it to be released but this process will take several months and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.
I’ve emailed you a payment request for the domain and I can restore pettersb.com when your payment comes through. If you’ve changed your mind and would rather wait, I can cancel the payment request.

Alright, I’ll try this process again.
Also, why was I billed for privacy registration when the very first step of this process is to REMOVE the privacy protection? I’d really appreciate if I didn’t have to pay for things I don’t need.
Please refund any and all unnecessary billings, this process is grating enough as it is.

Privacy protection will be disabled for the transfer and your new registrar can enable it on their end once the process is complete. However, I’m happy to remove and refund privacy if it’s something you no longer wish to keep. Just let me know.
