Overlapping accounts causing errors, need fix
-
My iPage WordPress Install didn’t set up correctly because I used an old pre-existing account associated with my email address I had on WordPress from a few years ago and forgot about. I figured that the new iPage Install should delete all the old stuff on WordPress since it warned me, but it didn’t anything at all. Now I am getting all kinds of errors. Please help.
I would like to clear out all existing information for “3 bird stone” and replace it with my new domain name and the new MOJO theme I just purchased through iPage without being charged additional amounts of money through Domain Mapping or other services that don’t apply.
Alternately, I would like to associate my new website with a new email address to avoid further charges since they should already be wrapped into what I purchased with iPage and MOJO Marketplace.
I don’t know how to fix.
Can you help me?
Thank you,

Hi Suzi,
The WordPress site you installed at iPage (including your login details there) is completely separate from your WordPress.com account and site. WordPress.com can’t make any changes to the iPage install you set up — we can only control what appears on your WordPress.com site here: http://3birdstone.wordpress.com/
To resolve the errors on your iPage install, please contact iPage support. They’ll be able to sort out what’s going on with the WordPress install hosted there.
You can also get help with self-hosted WordPress sites in the WordPress.org forums.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
