Own the domain without activation

  Dear Sirs,
  I need to own my domain without website activation, in order to be able to make the transfer on a later stage. awaiting for your feedback

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, if you purchase the WordPress.com Personal, Premium or Business plan you can buy your domain name at that time and then you can set your Primary Domain to the underlying WordPress.com address at My Sites > Domains. Click the Change Primary button at upper right and click the button next to the WordPress.com URL.

  Then when you are ready, you can go back there and set the Primary back to your domain name.

  If I misunderstood, please let me know.

  As an alternative, if you do not care to have your site available to the public at all, you can set it to Private.
