owner lost log in information of website and leaves me with negative image behind

  A person i used to play games with made a website for our ‘clan’ he used our in game names next to our real names, my in game name became a really bad slang so i had it changed, but he never did so on the site. I tried to get him to change it but he claimed he couldn’t log in to the website and left it at that.
  I have been badgering him about it for months until he blocked me without changing it, its affecting my private life worse than expected and i really want it removed but i have no way of contacting the one with the log in info to the website.
  I’m all out of ideas on how to fix this, and hope you guys can do something or have an idea of what i can do to have my name removed from that website (or even the entire website in question.)
