paddywivell.com URGENT PLEASE HELP

    I’m so sorry but registering under a new name is the only way to get through to WP. We have just transferred our hosting and domain from 1&1 to SquareSpace. Unfortunately this has pointed the domain away and we now have no live site and it will take me weeks to build the SS site in my spare time. There is NO way of logging into WP anymore, the site redirects, you don’t recognise any of our details or logins. You don’t even recognise paddywivell.com even though it’s been up as a Worpress site for 7 years. I have included everything even the Transaction ID from Paypal when I bought the template from you and you don’t recognise that. I desperately need the IP address so I can get it back up. PLEASE HELP!! These are the original details which until today worked fine:

    Since your site was hosted by 1&1 you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us (WordPress.com). For help with your site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    Thanks fstat. I don’t know if I have explained it properly. I need to login into the WordPress site to get the records. It is a WordPress site I have the transaction ID, I logged in only a few days ago. Now I have transferred to SquareSpace it’s disappeared and I can’t get hold of the records or the IP. I’m so lost and keep getting passed between 1&1 and SquareSpace and you and all I want is our clunky old website back so I can get the assets and text from it and have it live while I build a new one. It was up for 7 years.

    WordPress.com is a hosting provider much like 1&1. The only difference is that we only host WordPress sites. Your site was never hosted in our platform. It was using the open source WordPress.org software and hosted by 1&1.

    That’s why you need to contact 1&1 and ask them for a backup of your site.
