Pagamento recusado mas creditado na fatura

    Fiz o pagamento do plano negócio no dia 22/08/2022 às 10:22 e deu transação não aceita, pedindo para eu trocar de cartão, porém no meu banco, apare duas cobranças no valor de R$996,00. Foi cobrado as duas vezes e no meu sistema da WordPress não consta o plano pago.
    Preciso de resposta urgente!!
