  Hi there,

  I wanted to make some updates on my pages, but I am only able to access ‘Visual’ view. When I try to switch to ‘Text’ as I always do, nothing happens. Therefore, I can’t access my code and make any edits on it.

  Please advise.

  Thanks. That site doesn’t use WordPress.com’s managed hosting environment. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that version of WordPress comes form https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
