  Help my site is offline!!

  My site is offline. There is no way to enter it or log in to my site. Customers can’t find me and the same error keeps showing when entering my site. Its a blank page.

  Correct account: Yes

  I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostnet.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

  Thank you for your response. I wasn’t aweare of .org and .com are different entities. I know where to ask for help now. Thank you
