page isn't working

  I had updated some general setting on my site. Since I just realised the timezone setting was not write. When I tried to save the changes I got and error message. Stating the following:
  the website.com.au page isn’t working
  website.com.au is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  Any idea what I can do?
  The website is still active, but I can’t log into the admin side

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
