Page link does not go to target, but blog posts instead

The link should go directly to a page about legal services: fortisconsultinglondon.co.uk/partners/law
Instead it goes to the blog page (which we call latest). Tried to reset it many times and cannot make it work. For some reason the link over goes to content on: http://fortisconsultinglondon.co.uk/latest/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to confirm — is fortisconsultinglondon.co.uk the site you are working on?
Or do you want to add a link to that site on blackheathlondon.wordpress.com?

In the end we could not create a new page without the link always going to the blog posts. Had to copy an existing page and then remove text, add new text and change the link. Bothersome work around, but done,
