Page not functioning correctly

    I am trying to change the domain for my blog, I put in the domain, it takes me to another page which says I own the domain, which I do, but this page is not displaying correctly and I cannot check the box and advance to the next page.

    This was not working yesterday either, I was hoping you would have fixed it by today.

  • Hi there, thanks for letting us know. I’d like to see exactly what you mean when you say the page isn’t displaying correctly so I can look into getting it fixed if there’s a bug on our end. Would you mind taking a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?

    You can upload the screenshot – in a graphic format like JPG, PNG, or PDF – in your Media Library so I can see it. Thanks very much.

    Could you also please try temporarily turning off all your Chrome extensions and add-ons, and restarting the browser? Here are instructions for doing that:

    Scroll down to the section called “Temporarily disable extensions.”

    Please let me know how it goes.

    I turned off the Chrome extensions, still looks the same way, I put the screenshot in the media library…..

  • Thanks very much for the screenshot. So far I haven’t been able to replicate that overlapping effect yet on your account, using Chrome.

    To rule out a browser-specific issue, would you mind please trying a different browser, like Firefox?

    It looks like there’s some “thank you” text underneath the checkbox, but I can’t quite make out what it says. Would you mind letting me know if you’re able to read it, as it might be a clue.

    Hi,
    I went in thru Internet Explorer and it did not overlap.
    I made the updates and things seem to be fine.

    I use Chrome all the time. I hate IE!
