  The customize screen continuously refreshes, and the urls in the general settings are missing for this website.

  Hey there, this seems to be a copy of the WordPress with another host.. which is totally fine of course. It’s just different:
  https://get.wp.com

  You should be able to add the site URL and what not to your general settings. Just be 100% sure you’re adding the correct one — don’t add www for example. If you run into trouble it can be fixed, but it’s easier to just get the right address in there to start.

  Regarding the constant refresh thing, fixing that setting may help, but if it doesn’t you’ll want to see if you can suss out whether a plugin is causing issues. You could use the healthcheck plugin for testing:
