Page not loading at all on any browser

    Hi, my site http://www.ethnicstories.com just doesnt load. Even if it loads after sveral f5s , it loads without any theme.. Even the normal wordpress.com site isn’t loading. Ive tried this on multiple browsers & ISPs in Delhi, India. Please help me with this..Thank you & regards, sujay

    Hi there,

    I just checked your site and it loaded for me. It sounds like there might be a problem with the connection between your computer and our servers.

    Can you please try doing a traceroute to s0.wp.com? Here are step-by-step instructions for doing a traceroute in Windows:

    1. Windows 7 or Vista: From the Start Menu, in the search field, type “cmd,” then press ENTER to open a Command Prompt window.

      Previous versions of Windows: From the Start menu, click Start → Run, type “cmd,” then press ENTER.

    2. Type the following command into the Command Prompt window, and press ENTER: tracert s0.wp.com
    3. Allow the command to finish running even if it seems like it’s going to hang. Then, right-click in the Command Prompt window and select MARK. Then, select all of the text in the Command Prompt window and press ENTER.
    4. Paste it into your reply.

    Hi Sujay,

    Thank you for letting me know. It looks like something on your internet service provider’s end is not allowing access to our servers. Can you please contact your internet service provider, describe the problem, and give them the traceroute information you just gave me?
