Page not showing in my menus

    Hello WordPress community

I have published a new page but the page is not visible on the menu page and the list of posts that can be seen on the Post page. However it is able to be seen on the post part of the Dashboard as well as the blog. I, currently, have 7 pages posted. Is there a limit or something that is imposed on the free plan? I have read all the information I could find under the tutorial, but I did not find any information to help me with my problem.

I look forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you familiar with the differences between a post and a page? See http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/.

If you publish a page there is no reason why it should appear in the All Posts list of posts. It will appear in the All Pages list. Which menu page? Is it a custom menu? If so then the page must be added at Appearance > Menus in order for it to display in a header area menu.
