  I want to make my page visible to anyone, but there is no public button under settings. Instead the options are site members, admin and editors, or password protected. Is there a way to get it public?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think you’re looking at the settings for an individual post there. To change your whole site from private to public click on “My Site”, scroll down on the left to “Settings” and then scroll down on the right until you see “Privacy”. Click “Public” and “Save settings”.
