Page Title alignment

  Hi
  This is my website that I am developing .
  https://ic2.support.icconcepts.co.uk/dir/

  All seems ok but when I change and resize the windows the page Title text does not stay centered on the header image .

  I have tried many options on the additional CSS but does not effect this issue.
  Any suggestions is appreciated .
