Page title versus h2 on templates/pages?

  I am using full site editing (Assembler theme). There seems to be two “headings” One (below) doesn’t show up in list view. However, I think it’s the page title, as when I delete it, is changes the title of the page until All Pages to untitled. When I delete it, it remains grayed out with a note to add title here.

  

  For the second, it is a heading 2. I understand the purpose of the <title> tag and the <h2> tag, just confused why this is showing up, how I can fix, and any best practices. Any help would be appreciated.
