  How can I see a list of user activity? Is there an exportable list of my statistics?

  Hi there,

  All WordPress.com sites come with our stats feature included. You can view your stats at My Site ->Stats.

  Jetpack Stats

  Some stats can be exported as an .xml file, yes. You need to click on specific stats modules to see the detailed view for that specific stat to see the export option.
