PAGES FROM THE FOOTER NEVER OPEN

    For some reason all the (useful links) in the footer section of my website are never loading.. I just get an error like if it was a dead link with no connection, but when editing the homepage area through the (pages) tab and you click preview, you can see the page no problem.. but not when published.. I dont know where to go from here.. all the other links in my site function, but the useful links at the bottom do not..

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It looks like there could be something up with the theme because, as you say, going to these pages directly is no problem.

    They may be something a miss with the footer of the theme and you’d need to contact the theme developers.
