pages instead of posts

  Every time I make a post it appears as a page. I’ve tried it multiple times, I’ve reset my computer, and done everything else I can think to try.

  Hi,
  Are you referring to the site https://trulyoutofcharacter.wordpress.com? I find eight posts published this month (August 2015) including one published in the past 48 hours. When did you first encounter the issue you report? Can you please outline the steps you’ve been taking when you attempt to create and publish a post? Also, please give an example of a draft or published static page which you drafted or attempted to publish as a post.

  This is something that just started really recently which is the odd thing. It only started happening a few days ago.

  I’ve tried making posts using the button in the upper right hand corner, and I also tried doing it using the post button under the my sites tab. I get the same result either eay.

  I find multiple posts published on August 23, 2015 (today, where I am), including Episode 38: It’s Fate. How did you create and publish those?

  You might want to add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention, because volunteers such as myself have no way of looking into the administrative areas of your site, or of the account.
