Pages not in order

    Hi. I have tried to change the order of my pages using page attributes (ordering them 1-5) but it does not change the order, even after I have clicked update for all of them. How do I put them in order?

    That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    That said, setting page order in attributes will only work if you’re using the default menu that’s generated automatically. If you have a custom menu set up on your site, you’ll need to edit the menu itself from the Customizer, and change the menu order there.
