Pages not indexing after small permalink change on WordPress site

  Hi everyone,

  i have small information website related to NBI Clearance guides and after changing few URLs/permalink structure, some pages stopped showing properly in Google search.

  Pages still open normal from browser but search traffic dropped little bit and some URLs showing old version in results.

  I already tried:

  request indexing
  resubmit sitemap
  clear cache
  check mobile usability
  but still issue not fully fixed.

  Also sometimes new edited title/description not update fast in search results.

  Anyone faced similar problem on WordPress before?
  Maybe permalink or SEO setting issue?

  Would appreciate some advice because i dont want make more mistakes 😅
