paid account….needed a new domain name…..

I was unable to pay for the domain name on time due to computer issues. Now, it appears that my domain name is no longer valid. I wish to pay for the same account and website that has been up and open to the public for approx. 3 years. So, I wish to know if….I can get back my old domain name or do I need to create a new one? And if this is so, will my old information on the website…..be lost? Or, when I create a new domain name…that my old website info and pages will re-appear after it takes effect? Thank you!!!
