Paid bill but no access

We paid our recurring bill, our billing history shows receipt, but can’t publish and domain doesn’t show in dashboard. We need to access our domain to transfer it.

Hey there @jimlivingston55, are you referring to this domain? You should be able to manage it from that link, though the chargeback status on your account could be interfering. Let us know.
Also, if you’d like to keep the site here with us, I’d recommend restoring the Business Plan so you can access a recent backup. If you’ll work quickly, we should be able to restore the site as it was when you downgraded.
