Paid but not visible

    I have a WP domain that was paid through Oct. and now it is not showing up; What happened?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I assume you refer to growlearnlovemore.com ?

    This domain is parked.
    WordPress.com

    HI there,

    Both domains in your account, growlearnlovemore.com expiring in October and leadingqualitylearning.com expiring end of July, has been cancelled. Our logs show your account cancelled them on 3 June, along with the G Suite email account and Premium Plan you also had for growlearnlovemore.com

    If you still want to use growlearnlovemore.com I can still restore it to your account at this point. However, it’s not possible to restore your G Suite email account – when you cancelled that account it was removed from our control back to Google’s, and you’ll have to set up a billing agreement directly with Google to keep using that. You should have received an email from them right after you cancelled the upgrade on our end explaining this.

    It is still possible for us to recover leadingqualitylearning.com as well, but that domain has already entered redemption with our domain provider and they charge a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I also don’t know how long it will still be in redemption and recoverable.
