Paid for a plan, telling me I am on a free plan

    I just created my first blog and I am having a lot of trouble…I am trying to figure out why my domain is not hosted on bluehost. I have been waiting for 3 days now and I finally figured out it is because the name servers don’t point properly to bluehost. Which was made aware because I have to pay for a plan to have my domain hosted with them. I paid $40 for the ‘personal’ plan, and it is telling me that I have the free plan. I am very frustrated because I am anxious to get my blog up and running.

    Hi there,

    If you bought a plan from Bluehost, you need to contact support at Bluehost for help with that site. Such a site would be using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and has nothing to do with WordPress.com.

    I see you have since deleted this WordPress.com account, which you’d only created on Friday and which has never bought any upgrades from us, so you wont’ be able to reply here any further.

    Please reply to the account closure email we sent you if you need any more help from our end.
