Paid for business plan for 2 years. need refurn

  I paid over $400 to wordpress for my plan on a two years plan. but now i want to cancel. i want a refund for the rest of the time that i haven’t use. which is about 1year and 6 months. thank you.

  With a Business plan you should have access to Livechat 24/7 support. As far as I am aware refunds are only possible within 30 days of paying for an upgrade (and 48 hours in the case of domains). However as this is a billing question and two-year plans are a relatively recent addition I’ll added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you.
