Paid for Premium and no premium appears

  I paid for upgrading to Premium, the Billing information shows up on your site, but when I log in there is no premium upgrade. Everything is the same as before.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m seeing that WordPress.com PRemium was purchased for selkirklibrary.wordpress.com.

  What, specifically, are you hoping to see appear differently? WordPress.com premium doesn’t significantly change the look of WordPress.com’s interface. It just gives your site some additional options and features. Is there something you have tried to do that you should be able to do with Premium (uploading audio files for example) that you have been unable to?

  WordPress.com Premium includes:

  • A Free Domain
  • Custom Design
  • VideoPress
  • Space Upgrade
  • Ad-Free

  Hello

  I wanted to change our theme and wonder why all the Premium themes still require payment. I had assumed that once we paid for Premium, those themes would be part of the package deal?

  Well, pretty much the only reason we paid for the upgrade was to access the Premium themes. I think that’s very misleading to call them Premium themes but then not include the Premium themes in the Premium upgrade cost. What is included then?
