paid for premium domain, but got free instead

  hi Ive paid for premium domain 84 pounds.
  Received email that Ive registered that domain but no payment confirmation.
  Ive clicked on the chosen domain link to be redirected to my website, but instead link has send me to page when i could register domain again. My domain remained free.
  After that being completely confused and thinking is my domain which Ive paid for i did the registration again, so ive created new free this time domain and has start using it.
  Noticed its free and is not going to change contacted support.
  Was told that i paid from different email address , so the premium domain is registered only under that email. Although as the email was temporary and not supposed to be associated with account ive deleted it being sure ive used correct email.
  This is where my problem has begun.
  I cannot reopen email account , but i have prove of payment on my bank statement.
  want to use my original domain name and premium account.
  What can I do?

  Hello there, I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance, but please note here the email addresses concerned. Write them correctly and our forum software will redact them from public view but they will still be visible to Staff. Thanks.

  Sure , thank you.

  The one i’ve got confirmation on with original domain was :
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  no payment confirmation received on this one .

  The one which apparently i’ve used before ( and delete it , as it was temporary)

  What is the domain you tried to register? The account you’re using to post here has never purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we don’t even have payment information on file for this account.

  The other email you provided here has never been associated with any WordPress.com account, and there are no sites or upgrades associated with that email.
