Paid for premium subscription but the sights not registering

    Hi,
    I recently paid for the premium subscription for a year under this email address but when I try to build my page it’s still asking me to pick an option, I have the billing info for my credit card if needed and the confirmation from my card company of the payment processed.

    I am hoping someone can resolve this for me asap?

    I’ve followed the instruction the payment wasn’t proceed by Paypal and I didn’t receive a email receipt, I’ve checked my purchases on my account and it’s showing no history of purchase I do however have the transaction ID on my banking page.

    Is there a phone number I can call or email address to get this sorted ASAP?
