  Hey, I paid for a premium plan and re-direct of the web address. I am updating my site and removed the old one however now it appears that I can’t put up the new one without re purchasing the premium plan and cost to re-direct am I doing something wrong? Best Alison

  Hi there,

  When you deleted your blog, you inactivated your subscriptions. For future reference, it is better to transfer your subscriptions to your new blog because you’re not able to reactivate the upgrades without repurchasing them if you delete the site connected to them.

  However, I can reactivate both subscriptions on my end. What is the new blog that you want to connect them to?
