PAID FOR THE PLAN AND NOT WORKING!

Paid for the Explorer Plan March 21st and now it is showing as not purchased. I have it in my bank statement and the website was working after I paid. I need help fixing this ASAP!

This usually happens when you bought that plan under another wordpress.com account. To restore access to the account owning that paid plan, you can use the transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
