paid jetpack plan, can’t use Backup

    I purchased a Jetpack plan especially for backups for my site, but after installing the plugin on my site, it asks for me to purchase a plan again to use it. There are no instructions for how to navigate this. Settings says I have nothing to configure. Please contact me to walk through what I need to do to link my Jetpack account with the plugin. Thanks.
