  I work in a growing school that uses your website for blog posts and the amenities that is included in the free sites are limited. What is the price for an educational institution to start using better amenities for the blog post? What does it include as well? Thank you for your time.

  There’s no special pricing for educational institutions, WordPress.com free plans provide
  basic hosting for your site and the upgrade plans are optional only if you wish to use the extra optional features.

  Thank you for your answer. If I did start paying, will it be per website? Like for the personal price will it be 60 dollars per website?
  Would the business plan include more websites?

  Yes, it’s per website, each upgrade is for the individual site.
  If you have multiple sites you need to upgrade all the sites individually.

  Would the business plan include more websites?

  No, it includes single site.
