I am looking between you and wix I had a helpful conversation about what plan would suit my long-term goals and what support to expect when I want to add things like paid digital downloads. I was also given guidance on their templates to help me narrow down what one to play with. I was hoping to chat with someone and get the same insights. My last site was a WordPress site and I know I had phone support which for me is necessary I’m not tech-savvy.

I’m confused I’ve only had one website site it was a WordPress site the package I offered phone support. what you’re saying this is incorrect? I looked up my info even looked into what template I used it was your twenty-one template.

for clarity on at this time you no paid-for plan that included phone support. I have my website file in front of me with calls into WordPress and my notes which is why I’m confused by your response

What was the URL of the site? You might have had a site using the software from https://wordpress.org hosted with a hosting provider that offered phone support.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
