Paid Personal Plan but lost all paid features

  Hello,

  I do not wish to continue using the services for the-myo.com, but I missed the auto renewal and I paid until Feb 3, 2026. I cannot cancel or get a refund. But all my paid features are gone. The AI chat bot keeps telling me to post a question in a forum because I can only chat with human if I have a paid plan but I did already paid? Can I please get help?
